Fillin’ Fresh, LLC with FacesSTL, is the first med-spa in St. Louis to be fully insured to perform aesthetic procedures like neurotoxins and dermal fillers in the comfort of the patients home and at our new locations in Ladue, MO. Our goal is to meet the needs of each client in a low pressure, low stress environment. We want every patient to feel comfortable so we take our time educating clients to help them understand the process and set reasonable expectations.
